  • When you conduct a search on your own, you are limited to your own network of people in your past or job boards. Our team of recruiters are constantly searching, sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. It’s what we do. Our constant outreach has produced a proprietary database with over 9000 Engineers, Scientists and Executives who we can contact about your opening as well as tap into their networks to help fill your role. This gives us a substantial edge in quickly finding and vetting potential employees who will be the right match for your company. We’ll do the recruiting while you focus on R&D, production, hitting your commercialization targets, and/or building your customer base.

    Another important consideration is risk. When/if you contact a competitor’s employees, you expose yourself to compliance claims, tampering accusations, and non-compete violations.

  • We charge competitive market rates for our services and will customize our fees to specific situations. We offer retained and contingent searches. We will also consider equity/stock options packages. Contact us for a quote.

  • Searches can take as short as a few weeks and as long several months with the average search taking between 45-60 days. Our goal is to find you the right employee for you and your company. Speed is important, but so is fit.

  • Retained search is an agreement whereby an employer contracts exclusively with one recruiter to find a highly qualified candidate to fill an open role.

  • Contingency search agreement allows the hiring company to work with several recruiters at once. A contingency recruiter only gets paid when they find a candidate that you hire. If a contingent search does not yield a match for the role, you do not have to pay for the service, which is why it is sometimes referred to a “no-fee” search model.

  • A Retained search is characterized by depth, mutual commitment, and partnership. It is best for clients who need a strategic partner to chair or work on a hiring committee, who need help with a market entry, or who have a key confidential executive or strategic hire that needs our full attention.

    A Contingency search is characterized by breadth, openness, and less commitment. This is best for clients who are scaling rapidly, have multiple open positions and need help meeting as many good people as possible as quickly as possible.

  • We can tailor our contracts to meet your needs. The average contingent contract can be cancelled at any time by either party. While retained contracts typically lasts Four to Six months on average.
